Una de las cosas que más me llamó la atención de mi visita a Argentina, fue que en la ultima charla de Agiles2008 habia una carpeta con una oferta de trabajo… para el centro de desarrollo de software que Intel instaló en Argentina.
¿Alguien sueña con que esto llegue a pasar en Chile?

My name is Sonia Pedemonte and I’m in charge of the recruiting process for Intel Software Argentina. Intel runs a Software Development Center in Córdoba, Argentina (ASDC) since May of 2006. Currently we’re almost 100 employees and we expect to growth to 400 in 2011. a mi me llegó por correo esa oferta, creo se la enviaron a todos los que se registraron en ágiles 2008 (fueran o no)
Me parece una manera mucho mas maduro de encontrar gente que la típica:”empresa de tecnología de punta busca llenar puesto en su división de desarrollo, envía correo con foto reciente a casilla XXX”. Probablemente encontraran gente mucho mejor y mas motivados.
